“fast, professional and quality service”

Leadership of Saint Anthony Hospital continues to comment on the level of fast, professional and quality service we receive from the team at PinP, Inc. As the hospital CEO I have worked directly with Claudia Wyatt-Johnson, one the of senior principals of the firm. I have found her to be straight forward in her communications, facts- driven and timely on her follow up. As a former Managing Director for FTI Consulting I used Human Resource compensation firms on projects from time to time and found PinP, Inc. to be one of the best in performance and service. I have and will continue to refer PinP, Inc. to anyone in any industry looking for a Human Resources consulting firm.

“...invaluable resource..."

Claudia Wyatt-Johnson joined the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in 2012. Since then she has been an invaluable resource for the Committee, ACGME’s Board, and the Leadership Team. Claudia has a keen understanding of health care systems, medical education, and physician-leader pay. That is leveraged by her expertise in compensation systems and her understanding of how a total compensation philosophy can drive individual performance and help an organization achieve its strategic goals. We have benefited from her experience consulting with clients in the health care field and her work with over 100 health care organizations, developing a wide range of total compensation programs for health companies, hospital systems, physician practice groups, community health plans and integrated provider networks. Claudia joined the Compensation Committee as it refined and framed its approach to executive compensation review, in response to intermediate sanctions legislation, and she was instrumental in the implementation of best practices and assuring fiduciary responsibility. She played a key role in drafting ACGME’s executive pay philosophy and policies, and ensuring that the Committee adheres to best practices in its deliberations and decisions. In addition to her professional expertise, her personal style helps her to mesh effectively with Board Members, build consensus, and advance the work of the Committee and the Board.
